15 Best Wellness Products To Try In 2021

The wellness trend has taken center stage in the past few years. With Goop, Poosh, and many other wellness blogs on the rise, the whole TLC trend can almost feel a bit like a marketing ploy rather than an actual way of life.

However, it would help if you didn’t let that deter you from taking care of yourself. It can be frustrating to hear all about self-love and see posts about it everywhere while trying your hardest just to be. No, you don’t need to bathe in a pink-colored bath to be taking care of yourself, and even though I am putting products that have helped me feel better about myself. Don’t try to trick yourself into believing any product you buy will somehow make you happier or that the trends you see on Tik Tok would undoubtedly work for you.

The real point of wellness is to get you on your way to your best self, however long that takes and in whatever form that might come in for you. Sometimes wellness is declining an invitation to dinner and spending time on the couch with your dog. Sometimes wellness is treating yourself to that pricey top that’s been sitting in your shopping cart for months. Sometimes it’s chopping off all of your hair and dying it purple. Wellness is whatever makes you happy in the long run and will keep you there. Wellness is taking multi-vitamins and eating a chocolate cake for dessert. Wellness is growing a plant outside and sleeping in all day. Wellness is whatever you want it to be, as long as you feel better.

I can yap on and on about what wellness truly means to me, but I am sure you all get the point. So, without further ado, here are some of the fantastic products that have been known to help people become comfortable with themselves and happier with their inner and outer world.

*FYI*

I kept my list pretty general, so if needed, you can find alternatives that fit your budget and any other personal needs you may require. Finding wellness should not be tied down to a specific item. Rather, wellness is a feeling that can be improved by using certain products – in whatever form or price they may come in.

Imagine how much enjoyable life would be if our bodies were working with us, not against us. The theragun is definitely worth the splurge. It has completely rid my back of any tension and all the impossible to reach knots that lord knows how many years have been sitting there for.
