Your guide to the best electric kettles
Electric kettles are just one of the many great inventions to come from the 21st century. Not only are they efficient for making tea, but electric kettles also serve so many other great purposes such as: making french press coffee, warming your baby’s bottle, preparing home spa treatments, boiling eggs, and making oatmeal, instant noodles, soup, and hot chocolate.
Electric kettles are a must-have for those who find themselves spending a lot of time in the kitchen and expect convenience and efficiency with high tech appliances. Boiling water is indispensable for many meals out there, so it only makes sense to keep one close by.
If you keep up with the Kardashians like us, you may have noticed that these ladies are the ultimate queens of convenience. Everything in their homes is optimized for maximum comfort. The inspiration for many of my interior tips and tricks, as a matter of fact, comes from them. Even if you have a bias against them or not, these sisters seriously know what they’re doing when it comes to the home. Kourtney Kardashian, also well known for her blog Poosh, really caught my attention when I noticed in one episode that she keeps an electric kettle in her room. How brilliant! So, as an excellent devoted fan would do, I put an electric kettle in my room. And let me tell you, it has made all the difference. Thanks, Kourt. So if you’re a tea junkee and just a little bit lazy like me, this is a great tip. I don’t have to walk down the stairs to the kitchen; I just need to reach my arms out for a cup of chamomile. If you want to take it to the next level, store some cups and tea packets near the kettle. Lazy or brilliant? Who cares! I have a mini kitchen in my bedroom, can you say the same?
