Impress the Guest x Chicken Fajita Tacos

What’s the perfect dish to make on a Tuesday? You guessed it, TACOS! This one is my personal recipe and one I never get tired of. I hope you enjoy it and share it with your family and friends. Ingredients:

Pico de gallo:
Â
2 tomatoes
1 red onionÂ
1 white onionÂ
1 jalapeñoÂ
3 limes
Garlic Salt
Pepper
Guacamole:
Â
4 avocado’s
1 white onionÂ
1 red onionÂ
3 limes
Garlic salt
Pepper
Chicken:
Â
2 chicken breastsÂ
SaltÂ
Pepper
1 Red pepper
1 Yellow pepper
1 Green pepper
1 White onionÂ
Â
Taco essentials:
Â
Taco seasoning – El Paso Brand
Mini flour tortillas
Canned refried beans or freshly made ones
Sour cream
Corn (2):
Â
Corn on the cob
1/2 tbsp cloves of Garlic, minced
2 tbsp Butter
Recipe:

Chicken:
Â
1. Grab chicken and pound it lightlyÂ
2. Salt and pepper both sides
3. Grab a skillet, put some olive oil on it & let it get hot (medium heat)
4. Add chicken to skillet (4 minutes each side)
5. Once it’s cooked, remove chicken and shred it
6. Put chicken back on skillet and add taco seasoning (half the bag)Â
7. Remove shredded chicken from the skillet
8. Add more olive oil to skillet
9. Add onion, green pepper, red pepper, yellow pepper to skillet
10. Add salt and pepper to taste
11. Once those are cooked, add the shredded chicken back to the skillet
12. Stir for a little, add more salt/pepper if needed & done!

Pico de Gallo:
1. Finely dice your tomatoes and add them to a bowl
2. Finely dice your white and purple onions and add them to the same bowl
3. Finely dice your jalapeño and add it to the same bowl.
4. Squeeze four limes
5. Add garlic salt & pepper to taste
6. Stir
Guacamole:
1. Peel 4 avocados and throw them in a bowl
2. Mash the avocados with a fork
3. Finely dice your white and purple onions and add them to the same bowl
4. Squeeze three limes
5. Add garlic salt and pepper to taste
Corn:
1. Grab two corn’s on the cob
2. Drizzle olive oil, salt and pepper on them and mix it upÂ
3. Add to a skillet (15 minutes each side on medium heat)Â
4. In a little bowl, add 2 tbsp butter and 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
5. Melt the little bowl for 15 seconds
6. Drizzle mixture onto corn and done!Â
Refried beans (canned):
1. Grab a sauce pan and put it on the stove on medium heat
2. When it gets hot, add the beans. Let them sit for 1 minute
3. Stir them and done!Â

Tortillas:
1. Grab a small skillet and put it on the stove (medium heat)
2. Add a mini flour tortillaÂ
3. Let sit between 1-3 minutes and then flip it and do it again.
Sides:
Add sour cream to taste
Add lime to taste
